Welkom bij Manoir de Plaisance, dé verborgen parel van Charente Maritime. Verscholen achter de prachtige Franse natuur en meer dan 5 hectare privépark, kennen zelfs de meeste locals deze plek niet. Met La Rochelle, Île de Ré en het Groene Venetië om de hoek, vormt dit de perfecte plek voor uw vakantie of zakelijke bijeenkomst in discrete luxe.

La tour distinctive du Manoir est peut-être la première chose que vous remarquez en vous engageant dans l’allée. Arborant le drapeau français, elle donne beaucoup de caractère au bâtiment. Elle a inspiré notre logo.

Characteristic tower

The Manoir’s distinctive tower may be the first thing you notice as you drive down the driveway. Showing off the French flag, it gives a lot of character to the building. The inspiration for our logo.

Parc de 5,5 hectares

Plus de cinq hectares de parc privé entourent Manoir de Plaisance. Avec son eau et ses arbres, le parc est un lieu de reproduction idéal pour une faune et une flore saines. En vous promenant dans le parc, vous rencontrerez certainement nos canards et, si vous avez de la chance, bien d’autres animaux, comme les cerfs, les hérons, les castors, les cormorans et les martins-pêcheurs.

More than five acres of private parkland surround Manoir de Plaisance. With its water and trees, the grounds are a perfect breeding ground for healthy wildlife. While strolling the grounds, you’re bound to encounter our ducks and if you’re lucky many more, including deer, herons, beavers, cormorants and kingfishers.

Meer dan vijf hectare privé parklandschap omringt Manoir de Plaisance. Het terrein is met zijn water en bomen een perfecte broedplaats voor gezonde natuur en fauna. Tijdens een wandeling over het terrein komt u sowieso onze eenden tegen en als u geluk heeft nog veel meer, zoals herten, reigers, bevers, aalscholvers en ijsvogels.

Saltwater pool

We have a large pool of 7 by 14 meters. It is a saltwater pool that produces its own chlorine. This has two big advantages for you: It smells less strong and it is milder for your skin, eyes, and bathing clothes. The pool is not heated, so it is open from the end of May to the end of September.

Nous disposons d’une grande piscine de 7 mètres sur 14. Il s’agit d’une piscine d’eau salée qui produit son propre chlore. Cela présente deux grands avantages pour vous : L’odeur est moins forte et le chlore est plus doux pour votre peau, vos yeux et vos maillots de bain. La piscine n’est pas chauffée et est donc ouverte de fin mai à fin septembre.

Zoutwaterzwembad

We hebben een groot zwembad van 7 bij 14 meter. Het is een zoutwaterzwembad die zelf chloor produceert. Dat heeft twee grote voordelen voor u: Het ruikt minder sterk en het is milder voor uw huid, ogen en badkleding. Het zwembad is niet verwarmd en is daarom geopend vanaf eind mei tot eind september.

French balconies

Typical and beautifully designed French balconies give the front of the Manoir a stately, yet friendly and graceful look. All Chambres d’élégance have several of these French balconies, blending the outside and inside delightfully together.

Ornamental ponds

Water plays an important role in the park. Therefore, the estate is located in a protected nature and wetland area. In the upper corner of the park is a small lake with its own water source. The lake feeds several ponds via a stream.

L’eau joue un rôle important dans le parc. En effet, le domaine est situé dans une zone naturelle protégée et une zone humide. Dans le coin supérieur du parc se trouve un petit lac avec sa propre source d’eau. Le lac alimente plusieurs étangs par l’intermédiaire d’un ruisseau.

Prachtige siervijvers

Water speelt een belangrijke rol in het park. Het landgoed ligt dan ook in een beschermd natuur- en moerasgebied. In de bovenste uithoek van het park ligt een klein meer met eigen waterbron. Het meer voedt verschillende vijvers via een beek.

Secluded pool

The pool is located in a particularly quiet part of the park, away from the Manoir. Everything there is green and wooded. Perfect privacy we call it.
